As an exhibitor, we invite your agency to participate and support our Earth Day Event by providing educational information such as flyers and brochures, are welcome to bring incentives (optional not mandatory). And engage in open discussions and connect with the public about the services you provide to the community.

Date of the Summit: April 29, 2017

Location: Stark Field: 830 S. 4th St. El Centro, CA 92243

Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Suggested arrival time: 10:00 am

Mandatory Booth hours: 10:30 am-12:00 pm

Estimated number of attendees: 100-250 participants

Booths: Outdoors we would suggest to bring Sunscreen and a hat

Number of tables per booth: One table will be provided

Number of chairs: Two chairs will be provided

Gazebo: Please feel free to bring your own. We will have volunteers help set up

Tablecloths: Feel free to bring your own

Parking: Stark Field Parking. You can drive into stark field parking to load and unload

Food: Hot Dogs and Refreshments will be provided at 11:30 am
